What is EL Passion and what’s your role there?
EL Passion is a software house based in Poland known for its product development experience -having built its own products like BuildEL.ai and EL Chrono - and its strong "business-first" philosophy where technology serves as a tool to achieve business outcomes rather than a goal in itself. I am working as the Head of Delivery at EL Passion.
What estimation challenges were you trying to solve?
We were quoting our software development projects using traditional spreadsheets. We were trying to address the following problems:
