We always felt there is a way to meet the opposite needs of sales and delivery teams when it comes to quoting - quote the projects accurately and reliably, without doing it for 2 weeks only to come up with difficult spreadsheet that the end customer won't understand.
That's how our mission was born: to make quotes fast, accurate and easy to understand for the end customer, all at the same time.
And so far, it looks like we're successful with it.

Our story
We used to run our software agencies, managing their opposite ends: sales and delivery.
We often quarreled when it came to quoting: Sales teams always needed the quote to be fast, low and easy to understand, while Delivery team always wanted it to be reliable, safe and well-described. Often with poor client brief and lack of available staff.
The result of those quarrels was a need for solution that would support all those needs. That's when the idea of Apropo was born.
